After 40 years of experience in the application of PTFE-based coatings, various standards and test methods have been established. These standards were developed to evaluate and continuously improve the quality and performance of PTFE-based coatings. However, with the development of the new PFAS-free coatings, it has become apparent that these traditional standards and test methods are not always suitable for achieving meaningful results, especially with ceramic-based coatings. To accurately evaluate the properties of PFAS-free coatings, we have joined forces with our technology partner Johann Lafer to test the coatings in daily use and guarantee the advantages.
